I. Program Introduction
The Undergraduate Program is a full-time four-year schooling program. All the majors are delivered in Chinese. International students can choose different majors ranging from economics to laws. After completing all the credits and finish thesis defense successfully they will be awarded the graduation certificate as well as the bachelor diploma.

• Applicants should be foreign students with a senior high school diploma, and should be no younger than 18 years old.
• According to the regulations released by Ministry of Education, China, if parent(s) was (were) a Chinese citizen settling in a foreign country at the time applicants were born, applicants must have obtained their current foreign citizenship for at least 4 years; meanwhile, in the latest 4 years (by each April 30th of the year), the applicants must have lived overseas for 2 years (Living overseas for 9 months can be converted to 1 year, which is subject to the exit-entry stamp on visa).
•Applicants should be in good health, be virtuous, be willing to abide by the laws and decrees of China and the rules and regulations of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and respect Chinese traditions, customs, and social morality.
• Applicants should have the certificate of HSK4 with the score above 180.

Fill out the application and upload all required documents as follows
• A formal personal photo
• Copy of valid passport (the photo page)
• The notarized high school transcript (if it is not in English or Chinese, please submit the Notarized English or Chinese translation)
• The notarized high school diploma. Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. (If it is not in English or Chinese, please submit the Notarized English or Chinese translation)
• HSK certificate
• One Recommendation letter
• Physical examination record. It must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

• Non-criminal record (within latest 6 months)
Applicants who fall under "Application Criteria" 2 need to scan the following documents into a PDF or Word file to upload:
(1) All personal information pages of passports that have been held;
(2) All visas, residence permits, and entry-exit stamp pages related to the facts of entering, exiting and legally living in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
